These Terms & Conditions govern your use of onehongkongtattoosupply.com and any purchase made through it or via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or in person at our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
One Hong Kong Tattoo Supply is operated by YIP CREATIVE LTD, 2F, 562 Canton Rd, Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong.
Professional & Intended Use
Many products sold here — including tattoo needles, machines, and ink — are professional equipment intended for use by trained, licensed tattoo artists. We do not provide tattooing services, training, or medical advice, and are not liable for injury, infection, or other harm resulting from improper use of any product sold.
Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you before processing it, and you may cancel for a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; items may sell out between browsing and checkout.
Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website checkout, or via WhatsApp (+852 6658 8618), Instagram (@onehongkongtattoo), email (onehongkongtattoosupply@gmail.com), or in person at our Yau Ma Tei store. An order is confirmed once payment is received or, for bank transfer orders, once we’ve verified your payment.
Payment
We currently accept Direct Bank Transfer (orders are held until payment clears; bank details and your order reference are provided at checkout) and Cash on Store Pickup (reserve online, pay in cash when you collect in-store).
Shipping & Delivery
Local pickup is available at our Yau Ma Tei store. Delivery is available via SF Express, with the delivery fee payable on receipt. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed; we’re not liable for delays caused by the courier.
Trade & Wholesale Accounts
Trade and wholesale customers (studios, licensed artists) may access bulk pricing and studio-only stock on request via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Bulk/trade orders may be subject to separate terms agreed at the time of order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products we sell — including tattoo needles and ink, which are hygiene-sensitive and cannot be safely resold once opened — we operate a strict no-refund policy. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance for items arriving damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Hong Kong Tattoo Supply / YIP CREATIVE LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us, including but not limited to injury, infection, allergic reaction, or equipment malfunction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of One Hong Kong Tattoo Supply / YIP CREATIVE LTD unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
