Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell — including tattoo needles and ink, which are hygiene-sensitive and cannot be safely resold once opened — we operate a strict no-refund policy.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us as soon as you receive your package via WhatsApp or email at onehongkongtattoosupply@gmail.com, with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights under Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance are not affected by this policy.
